Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

All our products are hand made to order so it can take a couple of days from the time of ordering before we can ship your order.
We are a small family run business, so please bear with us during busy times orders may take a little longer than usual to ship.
If you order is urgent please send a note with your order and we will do everything we can to ship it out quickly.
All orders are posted via Royal Mail from our Derbyshire sudio.
All clothing items come with FREE first class delivery.
Larger items like mugs are sent via Royal Mail small parcel and do have a small delivery chrage to cover our costs.
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation order from our website.

Returns & Faulty Items:

In the unlikely event that you have any problems with your order please contact us via the email address shown on this website or the contact form.
We will then contact you to resolve the issue.
If you  need to return an item please contact us first.

Refunds:

We are unable to offer refunds on personalised items and custom-made items unless faulty.
We are unable to offer refunds on personalised underwear items unless faulty.
We can offer refunds on all other ietms that are returned to us in a unused condition.
Please contact us before returning any item to get a returns number.
