Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

All our products are hand made to order so it can take a couple of days from the time of ordering before we can make and ship your order.
Please bear with us during busy times like Christmas, Valentines etc as orders will take a little longer than usual to ship.

If you order is urgent please send a note with your order and we will do everything we can to ship it out as quickly as possible.
All orders are posted via Royal Mail from our Derbyshire studio.
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation order from our website.
Delivery is to mainland UK only.
Royal Mail tracked 24 and 48 are not a guaranteed service and can occasionally take longer.
Please Note – Once posted any delays due to Royal Mail are out of our control.

Express Delivery:

Any Express Delivery items will be sent Royal Mail Tracked 24hr.
You will receive tracking info from Royal Mail via email once shipped. 

Faulty Items:

In the unlikely event that you have any problems with your order please contact us via the email address shown on this website or via the contact form.
We will then contact you to resolve the issue.

Returns:

If you need to return an item please contact us first so we can issue a returns number.
We can only accept returns on items that are returned to us in an unused condition within 14 days of delivery.
The customer is required to pay any postage costs for any returns.
Once we receive the return we will issue a refund with 5 working days.

Refunds:

We are unable to offer refunds on personalised items and custom-made items unless faulty.
We are unable to offer refunds on personalised underwear items unless faulty.
We can offer refunds on all other items that are returned to us in a unused condition.
Please contact us before returning any item to get a returns number.
